Description：

This aluminium liquid transport semi-trailer is dedicated to hauling petrol, diesel, kerosene and other oil products. The tank is divided into independent chambers, capable of transporting different fuels, lubricants, crude oil and alcohol separately.

Features

Our 3-axle tanker semi-trailer has a volumetric range of 18,000 to 55,000 litres, and mainstream models are 36,000–45,000 litres. Tank bodies are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloy. Inner epoxy coating is an optional treatment for steel tanks.

Standard fittings: tank body, Fuwa/BPW axles, support stands, Jost fifth wheel pin, inspection hatches, access ladders, delivery pipes and discharge cabinets. We adopt world-class fluid system parts from Civacon, EMCO Wheaton, Dixon and other famous brands.

Optional configurations: BPW axles, air suspension, bottom loading assembly and vapor recovery unit.

Full safety accessories: European standard hatches, emergency shut-off valves, anti-surge baffles, foldable aluminium railings, static elimination devices, reinforced anti-static hoses, fire extinguishers and reflective warning plates.

Key structure applies high-tensile Q345B carbon steel, joined by automatic submerged arc welding.

Fitted with internationally renowned components including JOST parts and WABCO brake valves.
